Coasters offers free one-hour shipping on purchases of $50 or more.

The company says the Petworth store has one of the largest selections of beer, wine and spirits in the DC area, including more than 1,000 wines.

The company also commissioned DC artist JD Deardorff, who this week began painting a mural on the building’s facade. The complete mural will be unveiled on September 9.

As part of its grand opening this week, the Coasters store is hosting in-store tastings featuring local produce, including Right Proper Brewing, Capitol Cider House and Republic Restoratives Distillery.

“My staff and I are very impressed with the craft drinks and cocktails scene that surrounds our store. Having some of these manufacturers in store is a natural way for us to embrace the neighborhood and bond,” said store manager Ryan Cho.
