CONCORD – Beating out major private and national competitors, the New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC) has been named one of the nation’s top 10 retailers for the third year in a row by Beverage Dynamics, the nation’s largest and most respected magazine. dedicated to off-premises alcoholic beverage retailers.
